2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active bq111 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. If any criterion ceases to be met after registration, you are obligated to notify bq111 immediately and cease using the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bq111 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified as 18+ will be suspended immediately.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- Personal Use: You must be registering the account solely for your own personal entertainment, using your own funds, for your own benefit. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bq111 or any other gambling platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
- Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of bq111 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless bq111 has granted prior written consent.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your country or territory of residence before registering.
bq111 employs automated age-verification checks at the point of registration. Additionally, a manual KYC review is triggered before the processing of any first withdrawal. Providing false information about your age or identity constitutes fraud and may result in criminal referral in addition to immediate account closure.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money betting and gaming features on bq111, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process is free of charge and can be completed on any device. By submitting a registration form, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bq111 does not charge any transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of bq111.
- Deposit Processing: Mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bq111 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one to four business hours depending on the originating bank's processing time.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Only funds deposited by you personally, using a payment method registered in your own name, are eligible for withdrawal. You may not withdraw to a payment method different from the one used for your most recent deposit without completing additional verification.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 for standard accounts; higher limits apply for VIP Platinum and Diamond tier members. Daily withdrawal caps and monthly limits are disclosed in your account settings.
- Withdrawal Verification: bq111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
- Refused Transactions: bq111 may refuse to process a deposit or withdrawal if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bq111 will communicate the reason (to the extent permitted by law) and outline the steps required to resolve the matter.
- Currency: All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in BDT. bq111 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment method settles in a different currency, conversion charges are the sole responsibility of your payment provider.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bq111 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the platform, unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Opt-In Requirement: Most bonuses require active opt-in before making a qualifying deposit or bet. Bonuses are not applied retrospectively to transactions made before opt-in unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated explicitly on the promotion page. bq111's maximum wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering is counted from Real Money Balance first, then Bonus Balance, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots and virtual games contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% on pre-match markets and 50% on in-play markets. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
- Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without notice.
- Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳1,000 or 10% of the current Bonus Balance (whichever is lower). Bets exceeding this limit during a wagering period may result in the bonus being voided.
- Bonus Abuse: bq111 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets across outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to systematically exploit a promotional structure.
- VIP Loyalty Points: Points earned through the bq111 VIP loyalty programme are non-transferable, have no cash value until redeemed through the programme's conversion mechanism, and expire after 90 days of account inactivity.
- Modification and Withdrawal: bq111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will not be retroactively affected by modifications made after their opt-in date, except in cases of clear fraudulent exploitation.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or initiating a game round on bq111, you agree to the rules applicable to that specific sport, market, or game. The following general rules apply across all bq111 sports betting and casino products.
- Bet Acceptance: A sports bet is only confirmed once bq111 has accepted it and you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets are not accepted verbally or via email. Network disruptions during the bet placement process may result in a bet not being placed — always verify your bet slip history before assuming a wager has been accepted.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum single-event bet: ৳20. Maximum payout on any single betting slip: ৳5,000,000. Market-specific stake limits are displayed on each market at the time of bet placement.
- Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change up until the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent changes. bq111 uses decimal odds format as the default.
- Abandoned & Postponed Events: If a sports event is abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement (as defined in the specific sport's rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets placed before the original start time remain valid.
- Obvious Errors: bq111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., a cricket match priced at 1.01 for both outcomes simultaneously). In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. bq111 will always notify affected players when a bet is voided under this clause.
- Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of data feed latency. During this delay, your bet will display as "Pending". bq111 will not be liable for any loss arising from late acceptance of an in-play bet caused by network conditions outside its control.
- Casino Game Rules: Each casino game title is governed by its own rules, which are accessible via the game's information panel before play begins. bq111 uses certified, independently audited game engines from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer processes and cannot be influenced by bq111.
- Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault during a live game session, bq111 will attempt to settle the round based on the most recent verifiable game state. If this is not possible, the round will be voided and the wager returned. bq111 is not liable for any consequential or indirect loss arising from a technical interruption.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
bq111 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, cheating, and any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform or creates an unfair experience for other Members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or any other reason.
- Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, submitting forged or altered identity documents, or impersonating another individual.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, hedging strategies designed to produce a risk-free outcome, or any other method that contravenes the spirit of the promotion.
- Automated Play / Bots: Using any automated software, script, bot, or artificial intelligence to place bets, trigger game rounds, or interact with the platform in any way without genuine human input.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables, poker rooms, or other multiplayer environments to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other genuine players.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting a bug, glitch, or error in the platform's software to generate outcomes that would not occur under normal operation. Any winnings derived from a known software error are not payable and will be deducted from the account.
- Money Laundering: Using bq111 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means. bq111 maintains a strict AML compliance programme and files Suspicious Transaction Reports as required by applicable regulations.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that was genuinely processed and credited. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended immediately and the disputed amount will be pursued through legal channels.
- VPN / Proxy Use: Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location for the purpose of accessing bq111 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or circumventing a geolocation restriction.
bq111 uses advanced fraud detection systems that analyse betting patterns, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment data in real time. If your account is flagged for investigation, bq111 may temporarily suspend withdrawals while the review is in progress. This does not imply guilt — it is a precautionary measure. If the investigation clears the account, any held withdrawals will be processed without delay.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Both bq111 and you, the Member, have the right to close an account. The circumstances, procedures, and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.
- Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bq111 support via live chat or WhatsApp. Before closure, any Real Money Balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Any unconverted Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon closure.
- Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account due to concerns about problem gambling, bq111's responsible gaming self-exclusion tool is the recommended route. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 365 days, and permanent exclusion are available. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.
- Suspension by bq111 — Pending Investigation: bq111 may suspend an account temporarily if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity issues, or a Terms violation. The Member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation. If the investigation resolves in the Member's favour, the suspension is lifted and all functionality restored.
- Closure by bq111 — Confirmed Breach: If bq111 determines that a Member has materially breached these Terms, bq111 may close the account with immediate effect. In such cases, bq111 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending resolution of any financial claims (e.g., recovery of chargebacks or voided bonus winnings). Any Real Money Balance in excess of amounts legitimately owed to bq111 will be returned to the Member.
- Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bq111 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower). The Member may reactivate the account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification check.
- Appeals: Any Member who believes their account has been incorrectly closed or suspended may submit a written appeal by contacting support at support@bq111.club. Appeals are reviewed by a senior compliance officer within five business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bq111's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bq111 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- No Liability for Gambling Losses: bq111 is not liable for any betting or gaming losses you incur while using the platform. All wagering carries inherent financial risk, and you accept full responsibility for any losses sustained through your voluntary participation in betting and gaming activities.
- Service Interruptions: bq111 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. bq111 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform, provided reasonable steps were taken to minimise downtime.
- Third-Party Content: Certain games and data feeds are supplied by third-party providers. bq111 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party content and shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or service failures originating from those providers.
- Force Majeure: bq111 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. If a Force Majeure event prevents bq111 from providing material services for more than 14 consecutive days, either party may terminate the agreement by written notice.
- Indirect Losses: Under no circumstances shall bq111 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if bq111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bq111 platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bq111 makes no representation that accessing the platform is legal in every country. Any use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bq111's operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the internal complaints process described below.
- Internal Complaints Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you are required to submit a written complaint to bq111's support team at support@bq111.club. bq111 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. If you are dissatisfied with bq111's response, you may escalate the matter to the senior compliance officer, who will issue a final position letter within a further 10 business days.
- Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally before resorting to formal legal proceedings. bq111's player welfare and compliance teams are available 24/7 to assist in reaching an amicable resolution.
- Language of Proceedings: All dispute correspondence, complaint submissions, and legal notices exchanged between you and bq111 shall be conducted exclusively in English.
- Time Limitation: Any claim against bq111 arising from your use of the platform must be submitted within 12 months of the date on which you became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific promotion terms, game rules, and the bq111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bq111 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
- Amendments: bq111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via on-platform notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
- Waiver: No failure or delay by bq111 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
